Dear Year 6 Student
Unfortunately, due to the cancellation of your Transition Days, you have not had the opportunity to meet your new form group, new teachers and more importantly try some of the subjects you will take next academic year. Likewise, we have not had the opportunity to meet you face to face and show you around your new school. Don’t worry we have arranged for your Transition Days to take place on Thursday 2nd & Friday 3rd September 2021.
Many of you have signed up for our DCC Summer School from Monday 2nd to Friday 13th August 2021. This will be a fantastic opportunity to meet some of your new teachers, try new activities and meet some of your new Year 7 peers.
In the meantime we are setting Year 6 a number of engagement activities and challenges. You will be emailed one challenge a week for the next four weeks, until the start of the DCC Summer School on 2nd August. The activities can be accessed via the link below:
